General Dentist shall provide dental services in accordance with the precepts of the American Dental Association and the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organization.  The task and responsibilities include:

• Maintain inpatient and outpatient medical records.
• Input patient’s records into the US Army Dental Command’s Corporate Dental Application software program.
• Provider shall work force to accomplish the specified quantity and quality of work within the schedule and time required.

• Required Job Qualification include:

   

  • Graduate of ADA accredited dental school with either a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD).
  • Dentist shall posses a current, valid, and unrestricted license in one of the 50 states.
  • Shall have been employed for two (2) years on a full time basis in the practice of dentistry with the last three (3) years.
  • Current certification as a BLS Healthcare Provider
