1. Detailed history, testing and examination.
2. Diagnostic, preventative, restorative, endodontic, and periodontic intial therapy services.
3. Fixed and removable prosthetics; and oral surgery services.
4. Case consultation with referring Dental Officer.
5. Treatment plan recommendation and review.
6. Provide immediate evaluation and management of emergent problems as they occur in addition to regularly scheduled appointments.

A)    Procedures necessary for relief of dental pain, swelling and infection with endanger the over health of patient;

B)    The repair of dental prostheses where lack of such repair would cause the patient suffering;

• For entry into this specialty, a doctor of dental surgery or a doctor of dental medicine degree from an American Dental Association accredited college or university is mandatory.

• Each provider shall have and maintain an active, valid unrestricted, current dental license (with no limitations, stipulations or pending adverse actions) in a US jurisdiction.  License must correspond to DEA registration number.      

• CPR or ACLS and DEA required

• As a minimum, the dentist shall have two(2) years of recent experience.
