| 1. Contract Health Care Providers (HCP) shall be required to perform their assigned duties with regard to all patients and eligible beneficiaries regardless of underlying
disease process or physical condition of such patients or beneficiaries. Contract Health Care Providers may be required to perform duties for patients that may be infected with Human Immunodeficiency
Virus (HIV). 2. Contract Health Care Providers may be required to serve as the primary care manager for the medical management of patients. Panels ranging from 900 to 1,500 patients. 3. Contract
physician's assistant shall be capable of sustaining template of at 3 patients per hour. |

| 1. All personnel shall possess and maintain required licensures and certifications appropriate for their field of work. At a minimum, all personnel shall possess and
maintain certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) through a course meeting the requirements of the American Heart Association or the Red Cross. 2. All licensed personnel shall possess and maintain a
current, unrestricted license to practice, within the field, for which they are being presented, in at least one of the 50 United States. Former adverse actions against a license shall be considered
grounds for determining the candidate to be unacceptable for the position for which they are being presented. 3. The contractor shall ensure that all health care personnel performing services under
this contract shall be able to read write and speak English well enough to effectively communicate with all patients and with the Medical Treatment Facility (MTF) staff. |
